1.2 Availability: Our services are available within specified service areas as indicated during the booking process. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

1.3 If cleaning cannot be undertaken, (for issues beyond Dan’s bin cleaning, then charges for that service will still apply. 

 

2. Orders and Payments

2.1 Booking: By placing an order through our website, you are entering into a contract to receive the selected bin cleaning service.

2.2 Payment: All payments are processed securely through our chosen payment gateway. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information at the time of booking.

2.3 Subscription Services: If you choose a subscription-based service, you authorise recurring payments according to the selected plan. You may cancel or modify your subscription through your account settings on our website.

2.4 Initial payment will be made through our website at the time of booking. 

2.5 Future payments for booked services will be processed the afternoon prior to service. 

 

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your booking  within 24 hours before the scheduled service. Late cancellations may incur fees as outlined during the booking process.

3.2 Refunds: Refunds are issued according to our refund policy. Refunds may be processed in certain circumstances, such as service cancellations or dissatisfaction with the service provided.

3.3 Cancellation of a booked scheduled service will incur 80% of remaining fees due.

 

4. Liability

4.1 Limitation of Liability: Dan’s Bin Cleaning shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.

 

5. Privacy Policy

5.1 Privacy: We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
